Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Nope! If you’d like to make a reservation for a party of 10 or more, you can do so here.
Q: Where is Room Service Located?
A: We are located just 6 minutes outside of Uptown Charlotte, on Keswick Ave in Camp North End. We’re across the way from the food stalls, near the railroad tracks.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Camp North End offers ample free and paid parking options! The closest parking garage is located off Camp Rd and exits directly next to Room Service. There are free lots located in camp off of Statesville Ave and Graham St. In addition to those options, there is street parking throughout Camp North End.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are currently open Tuesday-Thursday, 11am-10PM and Friday-Saturday, 11am-11pm.
Q: Do you have mocktails and non-alcoholic options?
A: Our cocktail menu features several mocktails and non-alcoholic options and our bartenders are always happy to mix up something special! We also have Coke products and tea available.
Q: Is Room Service 21+?
A: Nope! While we are a cocktail-focused bar, we are all ages for dining.
Q: What are the vibes?
A: Room Service is an elevated cocktail and dining experience in a relaxed environment. We like to think it’s a place you can come as you are and be at home.
Q: Does Room Service have gluten-free options?
A: We do offer gluten-free modifications to accommodate gluten intolerances.
Q: Does Room Service offer vegan options?
A: We do offer several vegan menu items and can make modifications on several items to accommodate a vegan diet.
